The Team
Ben Scharf
International filmmaker, screenwriter and producer. Teaches screenwriting and filmmaking at SAE Institute Berlin. As a mentor, he supports writers and production companies in shaping character‑driven stories.
Dominik Balkow
Film director and coach. He directed commercials and feature films, which premiered at major festivals. His work has received more than 30 international film prizes and over 100 festival screenings worldwide.
Marushko Presecan
Romani artivist and intersectional feminist, active as a cultural host and artist in queer and LGBTQIA+ communities. Work across film and photojournalism, bringing Romani perspectives into artistic spaces.
