Organizing events across two communities – the tech/AI builder scene and the Berlin creative/filmmaker scene. Average 60 attendees, booked out within days of announcement.

In the first quarter alone, we built dozens of strong partnerships across the event, tech and creative scene in Berlin.
2026 · Studio Foundation
Founded Mastermind Alliance Film Studios (MAF Studios) – a creative production company built at the intersection of film, media and business. Beyond feature film productions and event media coverage, MAF operates across infrastructure, distribution, marketing and e-commerce.
Conceived as a long-term home for original IP and a community of multidisciplinary artists – merging business strategy with auteur-driven storytelling across Europe.
2025 · Lead Generation
Worked as Sales and Marketing Manager at Advalyze in lead generation and lead management. Gained hands-on experience in ABM campaigns, content systems, website design, tech, and AI-automations.
2023 · Freelance
Worked as a freelance video editor and camera operator across YouTube, e-commerce, paid advertising, and live events. Alongside this, supported during summer festival event coordination in marketing, and worked as a host at Messe Berlin for large-scale events.
During this time, I focused on organic content marketing – learning the fundamentals of social media algorithms, thumbnail design, SEO, and short- and long-form content.
2021 · Research
After the COVID lockdowns, I traveled the world and pursued, out of personal fulfillment, independent research in quantum physics, psychology, and theology.
My written scientific work explored the relationship between science, consciousness, and spiritual scriptures.
2019 · Sales
Worked at Munich Re ERGO Pro, gaining practical experience in sales psychology, persuasion, and relationship building. During this time, I studied public speaking at Toastmasters and built a foundational understanding of investing and financial markets.
2020 · Team Management
Took on recruiting and team management responsibilities, regularly acted as public speaker and moderator, organized and hosted workshops and seminar conferences, and completed IHK-certified training in team management.
High School Major in German literature and European politics. Completed school at the art & science oriented Barnim gymnasium.

Yes – I’m used to staying flexible and working in a structured way even under time pressure.
I’m open to: freelance contract, invoice, or part-time employment. My preference is a freelance setup with a defined monthly time frame – this gives both sides flexibility without unnecessary overhead.
My experience ranges from small formats with 10 people up to events with 150 attendees, currently mostly around 60 persons. I’ve also been involved in large-scale events at Messe Berlin with several thousand visitors in supporting roles.
Yes – I’ve worked with existing teams in various contexts and take on responsibility quickly without needing to have built the structures myself. The interpersonal dynamic is especially important to me to create a real team spirit and ensuring coordinated collaboration even under stress.
I currently run two formats regularly in Berlin. In the tech space, I coordinate hackathons and full-day agenda-driven events for 60–120 people with the AI Builders – handling pre-production, promotion, on-stage moderation, team coordination, and media coverage. In the creative space, I organize networking events for the Berlin Filmmakers and European Filmmakers with 60–90 attendees, covering pre-production, promotion, on-site hosting, moderation support, team role coordination, and media coverage.
